Creating Opportunity. Funding Mission.
Connecting talented professionals with meaningful opportunities while building sustainable resources for Christian mission.
Why We Started
While working on ministry projects in Honduras, we met highly qualified professionals who had very few opportunities to use their education and skills. At the same time, through our relationships in the United States, we met organizations desiring to find great employees.
We realized we could help connect the two.
How It Works
Creating Opportunity
We identify talented professionals in Brazil and Latin America and connect them with meaningful career opportunities.
Strengthening Organizations
Businesses, nonprofits, and ministries gain access to high-quality professionals who can help their organizations grow and accomplish their mission.
Funding Mission
Revenue creates sustainable funding that allows KSI to fund mission work around the world.
More Than a Placement
Each successful placement creates opportunity for a professional, strengthens an organization, and helps build sustainable funding for KSI’s mission.
