Sustainable Tilapia Farming
We've partnered with IMI - City of Refuge to create a sustainable tilapia farming system specifically designed to be operated in developing regions.

To help provide long-term food security and income at IMI – City of Refuge, we have completed two recirculating aquaculture tank systems designed for sustainable tilapia farming.

-
Our first system modified an existing tank with a custom-built filter to reuse water and significantly reduce maintenance. These improvements increased fish production by nearly 6x, and we recently harvested the first batch of tilapia.
-
Our second system was designed from scratch with improved energy efficiency, simplified operation, and better long-term flexibility. It is now fully constructed and undergoing testing before fish are introduced.

Alongside the systems, we’ve also created training manuals and are actively training local staff to manage the operations independently for years to come.
Onsite Animal & Fish Feed Production
IMI City of Refuge operates a large farm projected to spend approximately $200,000 on chicken feed in 2025. This chicken farm is a cornerstone of their mission—providing food for the children, offering reduced-price food to the local community, and generating sustainable income to support their work.

Recognizing the high cost of feed, we launched a major initiative to produce all chicken feed onsite, saving significant resources and increasing sustainability.

Custom Feed Recipe Creation
Using custom spreadsheets tailored to regional ingredients, we’ve developed high-efficiency feed recipes optimized for local availability and cost.

Future Goals
Through collaboration with industry experts and continued R&D, we aim to reduce feed costs by between $25,000-40,000/year.
Pastor Housing Project – Mozambique

In partnership with local builders in Mozambique, we funded and directed the construction of a safe, permanent home for a pastor serving in the region.

This two-bedroom, one-bathroom home was built from the ground up using plans developed in the U.S. and carried out by local contractors.
It includes:

-
Electricity and running water
-
Full security improvements
-
All the essentials for a comfortable and dignified living space

The pastor previously lived in uncertain conditions. With this new home, he no longer has to worry about where he will sleep or how to keep his family safe. He is now free to focus fully on ministry and shepherding his community.
Projects
At Kingdom Servants International, our mission is to remove practical and operational burdens so ministries and leaders can focus more fully on people, prayer, and proclaiming the Word. Below are some of the tangible ways we’ve helped build sustainable solutions—designed not only to meet everyday needs but to empower long-term impact.
